Bought a scooter from Alpha products and it came put together as if the person had no idea what they were doing. Front disc brake locks up first time out. Gas tank bolts fell off day 2. Engine runs like its battery operated. This was my sons xmas present that was also shipped 10 days late and shipper who was DHL gave shipping charges back to alpha products with understanding they would return to me for the lost scooter, to this day I have had no return calls from alpha concerning scooter or money owed there has to be a Attorney out there wanting to step up and do the right thing and help many, many others who have bought scooters from Alpha products.
