I rented a car in Montego Bay, Jamaica on Oct. 28th-November 1st from Rental Avis. I purchased Insurance from them at $10/day and signed a Loss Damage Waiver. I got a flat tire while driving in Jamaica and when I returned they then tried to tell me that it would cost us because there was a $900 deductible. It was never mentioned that I had a deductible and I thought when purchasing the insurance that I would be covered for all loss and damages as stated in the waiver. They then made an unauthorized charge on my debit card of around $400 for a flat tire. Telling a person of a deductible after the fact is illegal and immoral.
