We rented a car through Avis from 1/25/10 - 1/29/10 to visit our relatives in Mississippi. After spending four days visiting, we returned the rental car early Friday morning. We were charged $381.55. The total charges should have been around $70.00. At the time we first got the rental car, we upgraded the car for a charge of $5.00 a day. On the receipt that we received we were charged $20.00 a day. Then we purchased an inspection waiver so we wouldn't have to worry about scratches, dings etc. For $49.95.instead we were charged $49.95 a day! We had tried talking to Avis, bank and Orbitz but no one seems to be working with us at all. I wouldn't definitely not use Avis or Orbitz ever again!
