Bought car on the 12 of OCT saw it online was 2003 with 11000 miles a collecters car in my eyes limited production low miles just got put out military due to combat injuries retire disable vet live in Killeen, Texas called dealer on a fri asked him if they still had the car and the conditions and can I get pictures they sent me a email which I saved.internet sales rep Brian said car has gash on inside armrest besides that in great shape no issues what so ever gave 250 doller down to hold that following tue wife was off work we drove 360 mile to OKC to pick car up when we got there car was dirty has craked winshieid cosmetic issue no biggie for its yr worked it out with dealer they fixed winshield crack and put gas in car was empty took car on drive around block was 430 traffic jam hour had a concern on engine noise asked hom was it a aftermarket part or something he said car in great shape been checked thruly by our mecanic safty inspection so we did paper work finance told me as is did not offer warrenty just pushing gap unsurance paid 250 more finally he said has wow great miles should be no issue on my way home left close to 5pm after getting on open freeway felt car pulling to the side alot cruise control not working engine noise louder was late I dont live in Oklahoma had 6 hour journey got home 1130ish went to sleep
called dealer 8am next morning service department do you guys check all cars before selling them he sid yes told him about the issue I encountered told me talk to sales person I bought from so at 930 called him he told me talk to sales manager he assured me nothing wrong with car took to Ford dealer here in Killeen TX said possible exhaust leak but have to pay for dignositc test and make appt so I went to another mecanic big franchise not no jo blow Mecanic certified called Jerry I belive sales manager said there willing to pay up to 400 in repairs sounded resonable left car getting fixed mecanic shop called me back to show me a few things have it printed in there findings with me. Noise is due internal engine issue would have to take apart to find reason subframe has been damaged fenders not lining up correctly aligment off due to all these things car 1 quart oil low white smoke possible burning oil car has welding underneath looks like was in a a accident
so i called sales manager up he wouldnt believe me put on the mecanic he explained it to him his finding and was told by sale mangaer Brian what do you want us to do I said I dont want the car you said was in mint condition clear car fax perfect not the case got the prrof here he said our mecanics checked it I said no way if this guy saw this your mecanic would have seened this even the engine cradle was a different color he told me to bad not a option returning they aready sent application up then he started to steer the conversacion to whos know what you did when you left here that was a slap in the face im a 16 yr disable vet, was a supervisor of 10 soldiers belong to four lodges from 3rd district of Oklahoma im active and support my communty when I was stationed in Lawton oklahoma I was told car in great shape have email to prove what was said been looked over perfect conditon got home midnite called at 8 when they opened not one week or days later hours later cuase was late dealer was closed have 2 more car was talking to dealer here in texas they said they should not have used my diablity check for wife/kids there income not mines my debt to income ratio would not qualify me I was un unaware was sold at hight retail due to low miles car is in poor condion not excellent contacted Capitol one finance to see about stopping payment I and any other customer deserve more then this I was lied to from the start of the email to driving home they lied told bank we are working the issue with him there not they told me general managaer on vacation he is the one in charge til next wed which I do not want it to be to late.
