State Farm
Refused to service the auto claim, lied to me, and kept changing their story.internet

While a friend was trying my jeep on a public dirt interstate in Arizona, she lost control around a corner and the jeep rolled over. A passing truck stopped and tipped us back over and being a jeep, we drove it 60 miles back to phoenix and straight to the shop. The jeep was in perfect condition mechanically and structurely, with no damage other than what was caused by the roll. The car was new Jeep wrangler that I had driven for about a year. It has been offroaded, but nothing crazy, and no damage had ever been done. When it slid then rolled off the road, it suffered damage to one side of the jeep, and underside (broken axle, damaged suspension, gas line tore, etc). State farm told us to take to Bill Luke Jeep, who was rude from the very start. They replaced the axle and body work (waited 3 months for the axle, that is a long time to not have your auto), but when we picked it up, we immediately noticed that the mechanical issues hadnt been fixed.

Being a daily driver, we didn't have the option to turn it back in until a month later (altho I called the same day to note the damage), and state farm is now saying that they have the right to refuse the rest of the repairs because they dont know what was done during the rollover and what is wear and tear. They tried to say that the torn fuel line, broken suspension (which I have documented by another jeep dealer that they said the suspension was tweaked in a way that could only have happened during a roll), and everything else was just wear and tear for a jeep. They also told me that they were super busy right now so he had to move onto a new caller and pretty much hung up on me for trying to ask questions.in the past, I've always had excellent service with them, but for whatever reason, perhaps the economic crisis that is affecting us all, they have decided not to stand by their reputation. For this, I'm going to get the word out there and hope that they will change their ways, or do something to rectify the situation. My jeep was in perfect condition before my accident, and now it is damaged, and state farm doesn't care that I pay them every month in case this EXACT thing happens.
