I purchased a painted hood and bumper from Virtual Body Shop (known as aircardcorp on ebay). I picked up the items from the shipping company and didn't discover until the next morning (when I unwrapped the package) that the hood was damaged. I called Virtual Body Shop and the shipping company immediately and let them know. The Body Shop pointed the finger at the shipping company, and the shipping company said I accepted the item without inspecting it, so the buck was thoroughly shredded before being passed to me.
