Purchased 2005 Lexus SC 430. On line add showed photos of car. Spoke to Ben fisher, owner on dealership. He never mentioned that navigation did not work. I sent him cerified check for $27500 which he received in 2 days. Car was delivered about 2 weeks later. As soon as I started car I noticed navigation did not work. I took car car to Lexus of Tampa Bay and they informed me car did not have disk for nav. I bought disk, $190 and it did not solve problem. At this point I set up an appointment for problem. I call Ben to explain the problem and he explained that nav did not work but he though it would be disk. I have emails to prove everything I am saying. Lexus told me it would cost $1200 to fix. I told Ben that I would split the cost with him at $600 a piece and he agreed. I have contacted ebay and Ben to no avail. He claims to have sent the check 3 weeks ago. Still no check.By the way car also has a bent rim. He claims to know nothing about the rim. I have also contacted my attorney. This person should not be on ebay posting cars. I have all trhe emails whwere he admits to knowing the nav was not working.
