I took my car in to Rockford auto the end of february and they told me it was a cracked head so i agreed for them to fix it when i went to pick it up on march 2nd it still wasnt running right, i didnt even make it home, so i called the shop they had me bring it back they said the timing was off so i left again it still wasnt running right, i bearly made it home (which is only 1/2 mile away) and called again they had me bring it to them and said it was my water pump costing $332.00 i didnt have the money then so it sat in my driveway UNDRIVEABLE for a few months until i found a shop to put it on cheaper i had it towed to them and they said it was my headgasket was blown and the head had never been touched! This was Bucks auto so the owner of rockford said they guarantee their work and would have it towed back to them, which took them 3 wks to get, finally got it and took them another 2-3 wks to get it looked it only to tell me that its a blown head gasket and notrhing to do with the work they did so refused to fix it free, i have lost my job now because of no transportation to work and drop my grandson off at childcare (whom i have custody of) i only want my car fixed right, if they would have done it right the first tiome i wouldnt be going through this now. I paid $819.61v and didnt even drive it its not even fixed please help me i dont know what else to do! Also the receptionist kept talking about how the shop i took it to Bucks was a chop shop and the people that owned the shop beforwe them was ripping people off, i feel like that was very unprofessional
