My husband ordered a car part from this company and told them clearly what to ship. They shipped the wrong part. They wrote back and put the blame on my husband, refused to do anything about it and even told him to return it he would have to pay the shipping. I was horrified at how they spoke to him. The guy writes this on an email:
"it is easy to blame some one else but it is always good to accept your mistakes as well, there are no shame but losing some $ and if you are not ready to lose the $ then why should we take the heat for your mistakes"
Wow great customer service. Doesn't it make you want to go out and deal with this company? The guy admitted to being uneducated and said he could care less if I reported him. I looked him up under the better business bureau and he has an F rating. I can't say I am surprised.
I am going to have the attorney general investigate and hopefully get my money back. Do not order car parts from them... The headache isn't worth it!!
