I had an accident about six months ago with a Cab insured with Pacesetter adjustment Co.in the first week from the date of accident I could talk to the pacesetter and I sent all the required documents. The case was very simple. The cab hit me from the back and the cab driver got arrested for aggrevated behaviour on the scene and the insurance company is liable for all the damages on my car. Since I called them like around 30 to 40 times and left detailed messages but there is no single response from the company. I emailed to the director of the company but no reply from him either.
I dont know what to do in this situation.
