Will not honor written return policy

They have written
return policy for returns that says" at rs4 performance we offer a 30
day 100% money back guarantee. Once you ask us for a return, we will
issue you a RA# by email" Also on web site it states you can return for
any reason. I can not get info where IAT is on my caravan nor anyone
willing to install it. Have requsted a RA# 8 times by email with no
response.
