Larry H. Miller - Used Car Supermarket
False advertising, unfulfilled promises, car in need of services

I purchased a car from the larry H Miller used car supermarket on memorial day of this year. I was promised at that time that I would get a package of discounts to things like the Mayan, bees games, etc. Which is not a huge deal. But it's nice. I was also promised and the sale was in large part predicated on the installation of a keyless entry system on my car. I would have gone somewhere else to get it if I had to. The salesman was so eager to sell the car to me that he kept insisting it probably just needed a remote, and he didn't bother to check. But I had to wait until financing came through. Financing came through, and they never called me to set up an appointment. So about 1 week after I bought the car, they had not returned any of my calls. So I went into the dealership. They sent me to Karl malone to get it installed. Turns out they never checked to see if it was ready. The manufacturer did not install the system. So they said they would set up another appointment to actually install and register the system. It's been 2 weeks, in which I have called the salesman, his manager, and other individuals within that organization. I have also called the front desk, who answered but couldn't do anything for me. They have yet to return even one of my calls. It's been 3 weeks total, and I have not recieved the package of discounts, and I still do not have my keyless entry system, on which the sale was predicated, and they obviously think I didn't notice. But they tacked on an extra $80 for it to the sales price.

In the last 3 weeks, I have also discovered that the brake pads need to be changed. They were right on the edge as they knew when they sold the car as they would have checked the mileage and the last date that they changed the brake pads, and the oil is also at the mileage where it now needs to be changed, 3 weeks after I bought the car. When I buy a car, I feel I have the right to expect that it be ready to go.
