The lie to you the moment you drive onto their lot

My husband and I went to Larry H Miller because his company had done some work for them and they promised us "employee pricing." From the moment we pulled into the lot they began lying to us. Our salesman, Chad Smith, said he would give us an extended warrenty on the 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee we were buying to make up for the high miles. That was conviently left off the contract.

We were also told that the down payment would only be $500, but when we went back in to sign the paperwork it went up to $1500. Then they told us that they went through our Credit Union, when in fact, they went through their own financial company, Landcar Agency.

When I found out the remote for the locks didn't work I took the Jeep back in, and they said that it was a part in the truck, not the remote, and it would cost $600 to fix. Today is the 4th time they have had the jeep in 2 weeks still trying to fix the SAME problem.

They will not give us our trade in back, an 2005 minivan, it has been 2 weeks, and counting. The sales manager, Wes, (no one else in the store will even speak to me) said he can do nothing for me. "Bring the jeep back as many times as it takes to get it fixed right. But we will not take the Jeep back, and we can't give you your van back either."

Isn't there something about a lemon law???
