We were ripped off. When we agreed to take out policy we were lied to about the terms. The day I received the written policy I cancelled it and was assured I would be refunded my money in full but that it would take up to 90 days. I have written to our State Attorney General, The US Attorney General and the state of California.ca referred the letter to Consumer Affairs. The lady there could quote my letter just because they had received so many similar reports. I have tried to get refund since 4/27 and then on March 25 when I called them again, I was informed that they had gone out of business.
