On September 15 I had call from James Clark of Auto One Warranty with offer extend my Truck Warranty for next 4 years. I asked him to send me all necessary information and he promised to do it only if make contract and make deposit... Also he promised to cancel immediately it if I don't like any condition and send my money back.
After I received my contract I went to my Maintenance company and they told me that this contract will be not convenient to me... So I sent Cancellation Letter to Auto One Warranty. I received confirmation letter on October 1 that my Contract canceled but seems to me Auto One Warranty never going to send my money back... What is my next step? Attorney General's office of California?
