On April 19th. I put an order for 3 autoparts. Which totaled at $114. That they got out-right away. 14 days have passed by and that I chose to contact them to discover that which was happening with my purchase, and after about 5 emails 5 telephone calls and about 5 voice mails. I've not seen from their website. Therefore another week heading by and that I went online to check on the standing of my order, and that I observe that Napa has ended my order. Therefore after numerous calls I eventually get anyone to answer the telephone. I questioned about my purchase and that I was informed it had been ended since the components were on back-order for another 3 months, and that I was informed that I'll be getting my reimbursement inside a day or two. Today its July and that I still havent gotten something near to a return. And so I submitted a with BBB plus they informed BBB that its not Napais fault its their banks problem. And that I need to delay about thirty days. Therefore BBB determined it had been okay to shut the criticism since Napa wouldnt react to anything anymore. I've figured Napa is just a FRAUD. A multimillion-dollar business is taking cash from employees which are battling to create ends meat. I really hope Napa goes bankrupt.
