Class action suit is needed - if you don't report or sue them vehicles will continue to be damage vehicles! Stone mountain

I took my car to Just Brakes for the first time for brake repairs. When my vehicle was returned to me, the outside rearview mirror was damaged. The manager, Willie Baldwin, instructed one of his techinicians to "hammer" the mirror back into place. After attempting to do so, the technician did further damage to my vehicle by dislocating the power window and throwing it off track. Mr. Baldwin refused to tell me how my vehicle got damaged. But later implicated one of his technicians as the culprit.

Initially, Mr. Baldwin stated that I had a right to have the technician pay for damages. However, when I inquired further, he dropped the subject. Mr. Baldwin stated that he "would handle it" and instructed me to return my car again the next day for repairs as he and the technician had closed shop and were on their way out for a night on the town.

However, after having returned my car on two more occasions, repairs were still not done. When I inquired as to why repairs still had not been done. Mr. Baldwin gave me a 1-800 phone number and instructed me to contact his corporate office, who in turn, would have to authorize the repairs.

I attempted many times to contact the corporate office.initially, I was told by a receptionist that I needed to speak with a corporate manager named "Chris" and whose last name she refused to give. I left several messages and my calls were never returned. Each time I called, the receptionist was rude, and would refuse to put my call through.

During my attempts to get my calls through, Willie Baldwin and "Chris" conversated with one and other. Finally, Mr. Baldwin contacted me and once again said that he "would take care of it". I then asked why he had instructed me to call the 1-800 number in first place???

Willie Baldwin instructed me to return my vehicle for a 3rd time. I asked him to explain the logic in this because I had already returned my vehicle on two other occasions and repairs had still not been done.

Mr. Baldwin then implied that damages to my vehicle pre-existed and that his shop was not responsible. Upon my disbelief of how the entire situation was being handled, I immediately filed a case in small claims court.in addition, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After weeks of research, and talking to other customers, I discovered that this is not an isolated incident. Just Brakes has developed a reputation for ruining vehicles and/or doing poor work.

Due to the help from complaints such as this one, I was also able to obtain the CEO's name and address. I immediately had him summons.

No representative appeared in court. Although I feel a small victory, I now must find a way to collect moneys awarded to me.
If anyone has information that can help expedite my claim, please contact me.

In the meantime, please DO NOT DELAY. Anyone who had experienced similar or general complaints against Just Brakes, please act upon it.
