Sent Bryan Baldwin a letter dated April 20, informing him that it had been approximately 1 year, 3 months and 20 days since delivery of our two, 2,500 gallon water cisterns; minus 1 lid. Cost of lid: $26.99 & tax $1.86. Total: $28.85. Being the professional individual you are, I would expect a check in the amount of $28.85 or a new cistern lid within the next 2 weeks. Bryan Baldwin never responded to our letter. He contacted a relative & told them that he should send a check, but never has. I filed an on-line report with the Better Business Bureau serving Four Corners & Western Slope Colorado, but never had a reply from them. Do Not use these people! They seem nice, but don't keep their word when it is their fault.
We used them for construction of a new garage and for the foundation of our house. After paying them more than $49,000.00 dollars, you would think they would replace a cistern lid they lost in the process of delivering.
