Salesman 70 miles from us says he has exact heavily optioned truck we wanted and when we got there and after 4 hours of paperwork and run around they tell us truck is in Alabama and has 3500 miles on it not new. Then says he has the same color truck on lot but will have to add all the options. They kept taxes and tag money collected so we had to pay that twice to the state of SC. The sold us an extended warranty for $2500 that they said was cheap but the next week our insurance company said it should have been like $700. They never called to make appointments to add options even though we called and emailed so many times. They then said it was us. An attorney we spoke with said they were the the site of the largest auto sales fraud case in US history a few years back so this was business as norm for them. I am disabled and they have caused us great pain and loss. I could have went to the local Toyota dealer 1 mile away and got the same truck for $15000 less than they ripped us off for. Stay far far away from these idiots. If I was not disabled I would have parked in front of their place and protested every day about them. Pathetic examples of ethics at this place.
