I went to Beaverton Toyota in Beaverton Oregon for a new truck. They didn't have my color so we special ordered me one. The saleman, Saleh Hussein and his sales manager printed a list with options on it. This list showed the color and options to my liking and they wrote on this list with the negotiation price and agreed price. He even xeroxed me a copy to keep to make sure they order me the right truck. Now, when the truck arrived about a monthly later. I went to pick it up but forgot to bring along my list. Several weeks later I went back to tell them they didn't gave me the All Weather Mats. They pretty much told me to fu ck off because I did not buy the right truck. So the truck that we made the deal on was not the truck that they actually gave me. They told me that the paper work and list with options was only a paper work and was never the truck that we agreed upon. These people pretty much "hold me down and took my money out of my pocket in public." I was so mad I teared those paper right in front them and walked out. The salesman, Saleh Hussein, ran after me and yeld at me "hey... And don't come back here again." I was duh... Do you think I want to come back after what you've done to me?
