This the true and short version on a dead beat individual.
We also have no desire to be stuck with custom motorcycles.
Jarred Siegal ordered not one but two different motorcycles. From NYC Choppers.
Two because he changed his mind on the style of bike 6 months after ordering the first one and felt he shouldn't have to pay for all the extra parts.
He felt he is not responsible to pay for his purchases
After lying to American Express and stopping his credit card payments. We placed a lien on the motorcycle.
We went to court the judge asked him for proof of payment actual receipts and he could not provided them.
The judge stated you are a businessman you claim you paid these people $65000.00 in cash and have no receipts.
He was asked to post bond to maintain the case he could not afford $500.00. He was directed by the Judge to pay the bill and he could have his motorcycle and he refused.

He had his chance in court and could not prove his accusations.
If he spent $14000.00 in court he should have paid his bill and he would have his motorcycle.
