American modern home ins co has an adjuster that totaled my motorcycle, and put a bid of salvage on it when he wrote his report.
From the first time he saw it it "he said " you know they will total it, and it's a shame, because it can be fix. It has 802 miles on it, one scatch on front fender and a small one on back, and scratch on handle bars that don't show. He said when he came to look at it that it would be a good salvage bike.
So they toal it for $4200.00 and and the ins co said since they had a salvage bid of $1350.00 all they would pay was $2745.18;
Now everything has already been done without talking to me! I should have first bid on the bike. I told everybody here at district court that he would get my motorcycle if he could, and he has.
I think this claim adjuster and or ins co should be reported!
I knew that the insurance adjuster wanted by bike for the time he saw it. It is a 2004 honda shodow w / 803 miles on it. Some of the thing really didn't have to be repaired. The adjuster's number 502-741-2902
I think he is buying vehicles and or motorcycle and saling them, he should not be in this job!
I have already lost $2000.00 on the down payment and still have to make payment on it, while he has the motorcycle for $1350.00!
How many more people has this happen to from the same adjuster and / or insurance co?
