I purchased a vehicle from Nashville Motorsports back in Marchunder my friends dealer licence and company name. At theTime of purchase, I rana car fax on the vehicle and it came out clean, paid for the vehicle andreceived the vehicle. Although vehicle was cosmetically different than it wasdescribed, I really did not make an issue about it. I wanted to sell my carlast week to a good friend of mine and he mentioned to me that the Vehicle showsa Structural Frame Damage on Carfax. I was totally shocked so I got a copyof the report from him. On the Carfaxreport, it clearly indicates that NashvilleMotorsport bought the vehicle on March from an Auction in Georgia. Auction disclose the frame damage to NashvilleMotorsport. Seller was VW Credit of North America. They were aware of what they were buying. I found the vehicle on Auto Trader. Called and spokewith Kriss from NashvilleMotorsport. He assured me that the vehicle had no accident or what so ever. I was not aware of such damage to the vehicleotherwise I would never touch it. I called Nashville Motorsports and spoke with Kriss. Idemand a solution but all I get is we ll call you back so they clearly ignorethis problem. How can a dealership sell a car with a life threatening Framedamage without disclosing it to the buyer. Stay away from dealers like that!!!
