EMOTO UK refuse to refund money sent wrong item

This company is going out of business, scamming people along the way. I fell victim to it, as well as others. You can also read this forum entry:

In one of the rare and short responses to my repeated inquiry, I got this answer: "Forget it, the company is now closed"

There is no phone number to call of course. Very frustrating experience!
