I've an automobile that I can't secure the gates to. I simply created my first cost (12/15/09) which may be the 3rd problem I Have had with this specific vehicle. I have handled Mark, Joe Merritt and allen Yates all which are reluctant to repair the problems that included this vehicle. I had been informed by Mark that "Trusted doesn't purchase negative vehicles". Nevertheless, the 6 disk changer did not function after I purchased the vehicle. I had been informed by Clint (my income man) they'd repair this, they did however they just place in a normal CD-player. The cataylyic converter went. I'd to 2 off-work 2 saturdays in AROW to obtain this fixed. I'd to claim using the support division (Brent Lewelleyn) to obtain this fixed. Today 7 days later I've the key-pad that doesn't function. I can not obtain the 2nd key to vehicle to personally secure/uncover the gates. I'm restricted to wherever I will proceed since I can not secure the gates. Telephones calls are overlooked by Each Joe Merritt and Mark in Revenue. They're NOT prepared to assist when there is a problem having a vehicle. Mark explained he did not wish to acknowledge for that support division to repair the catalyic converter since he realized I'd be back with different problems. I recommended him I've a long guarantee and declined to pay for something for a problem that included the vehicle. Recalling he says his organization does nto purchase negative vehicles. I am counting along the full time that I - can eliminate this orange. Please think I'll NEVER recommend one to obtain a Pontiac. Particularly from Trusted Chevrolet.
