Bought 1.8l Mitsubishi motor they sent wrong motor, returning motor was hard to do. They blew the order was going to charge me shipping to replace until I threatened attorney involvement. Then they sent me a motor they said was tested, but when I received it the timing belt was broken, and gear was damaged. Called to complain and was told these items (integral part of running motor) were not included in long block assembly.
Motor never ran right, but by the time they jerked me around by sending the wrong motor, and my having to replace integral parts, the warranty had expired. Motor was poor quality and has since blown. Contacted BBB of Texas, and have response of ASAP to BBB that still says timing assembly is a peripheral item like the exhaust manifold and oil pan (do they think we're stupid?)
