I was to purchase new car them, they tried to sell me a car with 295 miles on it for a new car

I recently tried to purchase 2010 toyota Highlander from Toyota of Elizebeth City. After working out a deal for a new car I was told that my car was arrive in a month. Sometime after the car had been order arrived I was told that the car had over 295 miles on it in which they wanted to sell me as a new car. I refused the car and the dealership never gave me replacement car to buy.
