Harris Ford told me lies about the vehicle and misled me in on many things in order to get more money in their pockets. They told me my vehicle came with keyless entry, even showed me the keyless pad. Then when I left I realized it wasn't working. I went back hours later and they said it really didn't come with one and if it wasn't in the contract they were not obligated to put one in. This is only a small portion of everything they did.
