I put a down payment of 1,500 on a dodge intrepid dark grey color, I left the lot at 7pm and drove the car 2 mile to my house. The next morning I was leaving for work and the car would not go in gear. Called the dealership. They told me to bring it in it would be fixed. They kept the car for about a week and when returned to me, I could barley get it off the lot. It would not switch gears. They took it back again and blamed it on the mechanic. This process happen 4 times each time I got it back it was the same if not worse. This went on for about a month 1/2. I demanded they return my money they told me to take them to court. I called a lawyer and to take the case is 1,500.
Not knowing what else to do I told them I will find a machanic. Then I decided I will report them to the Better Buisness Bureau. Once they got the complaint they came and repossed the car from my house. That really didn't matter cause I couldn't drive it. Within a month 1/2 I drove the car 15 miles. I got back the results of my complaint and the BBB reported they responded to the complaint and said I drove the car one thousand miles so, there is nothing they can do for me. I have friends, co-worker and family that was trying to support me though this that know the truth and are willing to write statements! To make it worst the car is back for sale on the lot without being fixed! They wont 5,000 cash are 2,000 down. Beware!!! Alecia leesburg Fl
