I got a loan from Ameri Credit in June. My Loan amount was around $9,000. Payments where 223.00 and interest was 21% after paying on it for a year, my husband lost his job, I couldnt work due to an illness. Ameri Credit would call non stop and harrass us, want to know everything about our personal life. Once my husband was working they would call my husband at work (they were told he coulnt have calls at work) he almost lost his job. We where still going threw had times a year later and became late on payments once again. This time it had gotten so hard we couldn't get things caught back up, they kept calling day after day and we set up arrangments to pay.
We had this guy call us from ameri credit who was very rude to me and my husband. We just hung up on him... The guy kept calling back time after time after time, he herd me talking in the back ground and said to my husband "boy she has a mouth on her i feel sorry for you" (I was so ticked at that time) my husband hung up on him once again, he being a rude idiot called back this time I answered and gave him a piece of my mind, he then threatened to call all my neighbors and friends & Family and tell them what a loser i was because I couldn't pay my bills. I told him to leave my family & Friends out of it and not to say anything to them because it was non of there business.
The next few days no calls then the around the 3rd-4th day repo man comes to my door. Well one came to my door the other went right into my garage (the door was open) but he just walked in like he owned the place my husband refused to release the car and told them to get out of our garage and off of our property because they where trespassing they said there wherent leaving and they where not trespassing but they threatened to call the police (which im still not sure if thats leagle or if the cops can do anything) but we relased my mini van just to save from embarrasment from the neighbors who are very very nosie people.
I miss my van but am so releaved that i no longer have to mess with those rude people anymore...
Stay away from ameri credit or you will be so so sorry!!!
