I had my car towed to Express Used auto parts on March 26th. They took forever to repair my car and I was told It would only take 3 or 4days at the most to rebuild my transmission. I did not recieve my car back until 8days later on April 3. I paid The owner Dan Pena $775.00 to rebuild my transmission therefore I asked to see my ole parts that they took off my car. He could not show me the old parts and he made up all the excuses in the world why. Rite at that moment I knew I was gonna have more problems to come. I test drove my car and it seemed to shift fine so I drove it home. The following day my car begin to give me problems when I shifted into Reverse it jerked really hard and made a loud noise. Immediadlety I called Dan (Owner) to let him know what was going on with my car. He told me that it sounded like my mounts on my motor where going out and I needded to get them replaced.
There was nothing wrong with my motor mounts before and it never was. The Owner of the shop became Rude and stating there was nothing wrong with the work he preformed on my car and that it must be something eles that needs to be repaired. My car was in top Shape and since taking it to this shop I have experienced mulituple problems with my car I have a 6month warranty on parts and labor and he is not holding up to it. My car has'nt been the same since i took it to this horrible repair shop to be fixed. I've tooken my car back to this shop over 12 times to get the same problem fixed I origanlly had. My car is still jerking and shifting really hard I am so embarressed to drive it on the road because it jerks so hard. I am a woman and I was tooken advantage of and the owner of this shop needs to be put to an STOP!!! This Owner of this shop will RIP YOU OFF.
