I obtained a Canadian Tire Mastercraft mill like a (x mas) present from my mom. I applied it once for 5 minutes to cut a wooden door. It had been subsequently saved with my other power resources. Lately I had a need to work a bit of metal plate. After running for under one minute, a sizable machine dropped on my workdesk and also the disk started to shake. (Top bearing failed.) I delivered the mill to Bad Tire and was informed the three-year guarantee was USELESS since I did not have a bill. Used to donot need a reimbursement, I needed an upgraded mill. Bad Tire within Sydney declined to assist except to provide me a toll-free phone number for Mastercraft, their manufacturer. I received less aid from their store, I had been talking to an extremely rude lady who could not care less about my mill easily did not have the bill.
