Today Jan. 02 2004 I went into the Owings Mills store of NTB.
I am desperate need of tires. But especially the passegner side tire. I told the sales manager what I needed. He immediately checked all my tires told me I could get by with two tires but I really needed three tires and of course a front end alignment. I told him I might not even have the car long enough to justify extensive repairs. (I could bear to tell him listen. I am broke. At least for this payday, so I desperately need this one tire..) I meant come on. My car is a 97 van with over 92,000 miles. A leaking head gasket and etc... Anyway we went in. He told me the cheapest tire was 59.99 and for two plus the alignment if they didnt have to replace parts was... I stopped him and said "listen. I cant afford all this right now, I just need the one tire" He told me I cant sell you one tire. I said really? He said yes I told him have a nice day! And left. I know he is lieing because I have bought a single tire from them before. Granted a different store but still NTB. How disgusting!
Unless they can hussle you for a big bill or unless you are well off. Dont bother with the looser of NTB Owings Mills Maryland.
