We flew into Munich and experienced a connecting flight to Madrid. Lay at entrance for 2.5 hours. Noticed additional routes losing sight of same entrance to different locations. Asked about our trip.informed it'd be delayed. Requested again and was informed "I also busy to keep in touch with you". Statement designed for trip to Amsterdam just in German. Trip became popular. We were subsequently informed we skipped it and billed $250 every re booking fee. Submitted criticism. It had been refused. They've since declined to come back telephone calls or e-mails or provide titles and amounts of administrators.
