Terrible costumer service!

THE VERY BEST guidance I will provide anybody who's going to travel Lufthansa is DO NOT CHECK YOUR BAGS! Thats if you're able to help it to... I recently flew Lufthansa from Venice to Ohio having a jet change in Frankfurt. The client support broker in Venice advised that I really could just consider one keep on carrier with me, I'd a little rollerboard kind luggage, a little carrier, along with a notebook in a notebook case inside my rollerboard. And so I chose to consider my notebook and examine my little carrier and rollerboard.

We boarded the flight in Venice and needed to take a seat on the airplane in the entrance for over two hours because of bad-weather in Frankfurt, we came in Frankfurt 20 minutes after our connecting flight to Ohio was planned to depart but chose to operate towards the entrance in case the flight to Ohio was nevertheless in the entrance which it had been and we boarded the trip. Whenever we came in Ohio I had been not shocked our baggage didn't allow it to be because of the brief link time. Well, Wednesday arrived and went but still I noticed nothing from Lufthansa, therefore at about 8pm I contact them-and am informed that my bags weren't packed on todays trip and also to check back tomorrow (Sunday) within the mean-time my mobile phone has dropped its cost since my charger was in my own baggage and so I was compelled to purchase a brand new one. Therefore Saturday at about 2pm I named Lufthansa and was educated this one of my bags was packed about the trip which the driver might contact me when he selected the carrier up, nicely after waiting all day long like I'd be performing going back 3 times I named the 800-number for luggage and was handled terrible from the woman about the telephone!!! She kept saying "MAAM, your bag was among 93 bags packed with this trip nowadays, it made me feel just like my bag was only a quantity, that we understand it had been to her-but it's not the right factor to express to somebody who is and it has been without their individual issues (I'd a lot of garments in my own bag when I have been absent for some time) lastly at 1045 pm Sunday evening a guy turned up with my little totebag, I had been wishing the main one bag which was packed was my bigger bag that Included the majority of my items... But atleast I'd one. On Friday I named and was informed my next carrier was about the weight checklist for that trip that day-so again I waited all day long for that phone which once more I never obtained, I named the 800-number for luggage and was informed my carrier didn't get to Ohio and was planned for Wednesday... Therefore Wednesday I contact and was informed that yes my bag had appeared, where moment I agreed to get my bag and was informed no which was not really a great thought the driver was planned to get the carrier, at about six pm I did so get a phone in the driver stating he'd provide the bag between 8 and9 pm So once more I arrange my routine and that I delay and delay and lastly at 1245 am my bag is shipped!!! Although I'm therefore treated to possess my issues back, I'm ashamed with Lufthansa as well as their insufficient respect for my home & most of my period. I had been never once provided an apology and was handled terrible after I named to confirm my bags. I by-choice WOn't fly Lufthansa again and certainly will inform my organization never to guide me in it again. I'll never examine a carrier on any flight again. Lufthansa is undoubtedly the toughest customer support encounter I've ever endured!!!
