Over Chargeing Credit Card

I hired an automobile from Avis on June 1st and delivered it on June 3rd in Houston in the airport. From the full time I slipped off the vehicle till 2 weeks later Avis dropped there own vehicle I obtained a notice within the email after 2 weeks have passed by declaring that Avis would have me imprisoned for not returning there vehicle to Houston. I phone customer support which was really rude and had no understanding of there own workers doings. Avis explained they simply discovered the vehicle which I had been performing to become billed $700.00 for maintaining the vehicle after dark return date. I informed them I delivered the vehicle about the 3rd like I stated, and just why must I be billed for there inexperienced employees. I was handed 5 various figures to contact and nobody was prepared to assist Avis mentioned that there is nothing they might do. I request Avis why did they allow 2 weeks pass and never contact me when Avis had all of the info to obtain touching me. Avis said they Named one-time and didn't get solution and so I ask why-didn't you keep a note and Avis mentioned they could not.in my opinion that Avis is just a fraud organization when they were so concerned about there vehicle they might have acquired the telephone or delivered a communication but rather they allow 2 weeks pass and Avis wishes me to cover there error I am not likely to allow that occur.
