Tommy Graham's Paint & Body company was to both repair my auto after an accident. Which involved the left side of my car. My Left front fender was pushed down into my front left tire and was not driveable after the accident.
The extent of the damage was from my left door through to the front left bumper. During the repair of the auto I requested to have the total car be repainted to a deep purplish-red color to include buffing the scratches out for the paint job.
When my car was ready to pick up. I noticed the left front signal light not to be working, the idiot guages on the dash board indicating to "look at guages".indicating very little fuel left in my car. Of which I had left the car with over a quarter tank of gas when the auto accident occurred. The trunk lid would not close and lock. The windshield fluid totally empty.
Within 2 weeks another dash board idiot light started to show "service engine soon" light glowed. According to my normal mechanic this indicater resulted from a faulty wiring.
The mechanic also replaced the bulb for the front left turn signal light. I notified Tommy Graham's of these problems and the need to repair what should have already been repaired. Withing this 2nd week I noticed each time I secured the alarm for the car a Moaning sound was heard each time I either locked or unlocked my car with the remote. Again notifing Tommy Graham's of this problem. They did not attempt to contact me for this problems. To set up a repair of the Noting also in this time period I noticed that the paint job that was done the old scratch marks were reapering and the bubbling that was on the top of the T-top frame before wanting the bubbles to be removed were all visable also. During approx. The 4th week after I had my car back when ever I locked or unlocked my car the head light flaps went up and down with a moaning sound. I showed all these problems to Tommy Graham's and after 2 months I allowed Tommy Grahams to fix the several items that where not repaired. And stop the moaning sound. The company's representive "Mark" stated it would only take a day or two so I left the car for the repairs. I waited for a phone call of the completed car. After not hearing from the company I called 3 days later they said it will be one more day. After the 4th day I finally was able to pick up the car. They still didn't stop the moaning noise. The idiot light was off however. According to "Mark" the moaning sound was related to the battery of the car was removed and the default settings fro the remote were done and that was why the head lights flips up and down and he could not change that. After 1 week again the idiot light started to glow again. So again the car was not repaired. The left front turning light burns out within 2 weeks
As I know now from other mechanics The resetting of the remote by removing the battery did not cause the moaning sound or the lights to flip. Tommy Grahams refuses to repair what needs done even though the car's expense of repairing and painting has been paid.
