Non vegetarian meal served against vegetarian meal

I had been offered a low-veg dinner despite pre-scheduling of Asian Vegetarian dinner that we ate too. The facts are as under:

Our spouse and that I were going from Birmingham to New Delhi. We required EY 12 from Birmingham to Abu Dhabi on 23 September and were placed on 28H & E. I'm a strict vegetarian being truly a brahmin Hindu and appropriately required a vegetarian dinner. The flight documented this as confirmed with a notation "AVML" on my boarding card. Whilst the lunchtime was going to be offered, John a cottage mature clerk got around and required me to simply accept a big change within the vegetarian dinner from Oriental to low-Oriental. It was because of paucity of AVML up to speed. I approved his demand and requested him to make sure that the alternative dinner was a strict vegetarian the one that he assured me.

Though eating, I place a product coming across “paneer” (cottage chees) in my own mouth which ended up to become seafood. I had been aghast with this specific and have been therefore put through a vicious laugh with my spiritual values, tradition and diet plan. On being confronted by this, the cabin worker Andrea apologised and thus did John. The Y&W Supervisor Kiran also arrived to apologise. Ms Singey, Cottage Supervisor also arrived to acknowledge the error however the many sad injury was completed. I expected to get a type for signing my criticism but Kiran and Singey guaranteed they have drenched this within their report up to speed and that I may notice from their website quickly. It's been almost 5 weeks since and that I haven't noticed something from anybody at Etihad. Since that time, I've been questioning whether this occurred since I had been good and decided to your crew’s demand to provide the AVML to a different traveler, or since the flight wasn't transporting enough foods of course if I ought to not assist anybody in great faith in future. I fear to consume outside anywhere today. Not just my price program is influenced, my spiritual perception was put through a vicious remedy by your team. Worse, Etihad has totally ignored about that as though they did no wrong. We're currently likely to palm this matter to the lawyers for suing the flight but before we do this, I do want to understand what does the Etihad Airways need to state within this issue.
