I am writing about the liars at bill heard chevrolet, in march i tried to trade my car in for a van i owed 9,500 on my car they wanted 1,000 dollars down and $340.00 a month. I only had $500.00 down. They then told me to pay on the car for 4 months and get it down to $8,500 which i did. Then when we go back they say the rules have changed and they could only get me into a impala for $450.00 a month, and still wanted more money down. These people suck, the are big liars who should be put out of buisness.
They dont want to return any of my phone calls and are still lying saying they are still working on it. Rick horta who is a manager there is the biggest fool of them all. I was told one thing by someone else and then it all of the sudden gets changed that is unacceptable. They also advertise all over the radios no credit, pay off existing loan no matter what, and low acceptable payments. They have also said on radio that if a customer leaves unhappy without a car they will get a free corvette... Where is mine?
These people need to be closed for good.
