Was contacted by these thieves about my 2002 audi a4. You can see it if you go to their site... They listed it like promised (sold now, privately). However, after getting a call about someone interested in my car, they asked me for a $500 forward (which i would get back after the final sale) to get the paperwork that would get the process rolling. I said that wasn't in the agreement, and was promptly hung up on. Since then, i have tried calling (getting a message saying "thank you for calling third party. Thank you for calling third party, a customer service company." I've called 10 times at least and emailed 6 or 7. No one calls back, no email response.
The few times i did hear from them, it was to tell me my refund was on the way. I didn't get my password for the site within 7 days, so they "extended" my period to file the seller protection paperwork. I have a certified mail slip showing it was signed for in the proper time frame, which i suspect is why they won't respond to me.
Worst part is, i got someone i know to express interest in my car to illicit contact with them... Never heard about it from them.
It's a shame that the BBB sites these guys as a legit biz. They most certainly are not. Bunch of crooks, really. If anyone knows how to get around that darn answering machine, please let me know! Out 375 bucks, and i have little hope of seeing that money again.
