In 2006 i saw an audi a6 on the web for sale for a good price. I went down to this place queens auto mall and met Bruno and a salesman names john. I told him i would like to take this audi for a ride they said thats impossable. Then they said leave us a deposite for 100.00 and we can take you for a ride in it but you can not drive it. At this point i should have ran out of there! I gave them 100 and an hour later they got the car out of the yard. John the salesman drove the car and the car felt ok. We went back to the office and i did what ever paper work was needed. They offered a warrentee for an additinal $1000.00 that they said was the best out there full drive train coverage. This is where things get misrable. I purchased the car with this warrentee " protection plus" and took the car home in jersey. The more i got to know the car the more i found was wrong. Not to nickle and dime anyone i fixed a lot of the things my self out of pocket. 3 months later the transmission fails and here comes the drama. I call the warrentee place and its an asnswering service with people that dont have a clue. After a week of that i call bruno and he gives me a phone number to the rep of protection plus (cell phone) Judi Dent is her name. At this time she sends me to 5 differant places and nothing got done. Finally i have to go to the dealer and spend almost 7k to get this car back on the road. Bruno didnt want to hear about it and protection plus said we can only give you 1000.00 to repair. Judi dent from protection plus said to me what do you want froma used car? What kind of answer is that from this idiot? I was out of my mind with these morons. Its Jan i have not recieved a dime from protection plus and no one is taking my calls. The truth is i gave up and handed this to my buddy who is a nyc laywer. I told him what ever he gets he keeps i dont car but i want someone to pay besides me. Keep away from this place unless you want project cars that you know you have to fix or rebuild. Bruno seemed to be a nice guy but once you pay them and drive off they dont know you any more. Forget it your done! Protection plus is a scam! They will drive you to the point of saying the hell with it and come to terms you been riped off. My bad for going to this place. You been warned!
