Sears automotive installed 4 brand new tires in my car, along with balancing and alignment. One month later my car had to be towed to the mechanic because one tire fell off! The lug nuts were improperly tightened and snapped off, causing considerable damage to my car. I am in the process of trying to get a refund from Sears for the damages that their incompetence caused.
