I received a warranty in the mail and called to see what it was about. The agent who I spoke with had all the answers I needed and we went through with the purchase of the warranty. I have made payments every month but now that my water pump has gone bad I can't reach anybody on the customer service line.
The claim service card which came in the mail had a number and a fax line which I called only to find that it has changed. I called the new number which it gave me and after staying on the line for over 5 minutes it recorded my phone number and asked me to leave a message. I'm still waiting for an agent to get in touch with me.
The website's customer service page allows you to email them your question and I have yet to see a response. I google searched the company and I saw a lot of scam reports from different websites.in the fine print of the contract it says that if I fail to pay for the warranty in whole that they will take action and report me to a collection agency. I have paid them close to a $1,000 and I feel terrible. If someone could help me with this situation it would be a blessing. I guess they saw the fool over the phone. If anyone else is reading this please use your better judgment with these companies.
