First National warranty solicited me by phone in August. I bought the warranty and never made a claim against it. When I purchased it, I was promised part of my warranty monies would be refunded if I never made a claim. So when I called their number on my warranty policy I got a sex line out of Florida. I cannot reach them to talk to a representative about my due refund. This is a warranty in which I never made a claim on and now that i am due my refund they are unreachable how convenient. This company is obviously a scam and anyone wanting to purchase a warranty should steer clear of them. If there is a class action lawsuit I would like to be involved. Please contact me.
