Ho ho ho merry christmas!
First off, we received a letter that explained our 2002 Ford Explorer had a recall that needed immediate attention. We brought in our car (which had some other repairs needed) and wanted to receive a tune up for the vehicle. Well after they quoted a 4 hour tune up at $98 an hour plus installing a driver's mirror (that they said would take 1.5 hours, when our insurance agent said it take more like. 20 of an hour or 20 minutes) So basically after trying to rip us off on their service fees, $50 in parts and $550 in labor we opted to only get done what was covered by insurance. Well, while they were working on our car they discovered that another recall on our truck had been issued (that we were unaware of) and they were doing the repairs free of charge, of course. Well apparently while doing the repair (which was a part of our rear window) they told us it was a possibility that the window would break.
