G2 Motosports Bad Customer Service & Unimpressive Product

We began purchasing a Kid's 110 cc Spiderman ATV from MotoKrazy on Thursday night. We found their website on the internet by Google. It was a great buy for $589 with free shipping. We called the guy because we had a few questions. We talked for about 5 minutes and let him know that we would contact him if we had anymore questions or if we were ready to purchase. Well, later that night we contacted him again to ask him a couple of other questions and he gave us like four different number's to contact him at. When we finally got a hold of him he answered our questions and we were satisfied so we made the choice to purchase the atv.
When we gave him the information he needed to make the sale he said that we would receive tracking numbers to track the shipment that weekend via email. The weekend came and went and we heard nothing. So, on Sunday night we contacted him again and he said again that we should be receiving it momentarily. Well, come Tuesday we still had not heard anything so proceeded to call him again. Finally, he told us to email another individual for the tracking information.
I, then, emailed the person he told me to and she responded rather quickly. I was very surprised, with the tracking information and everything. I checked the shipment and it was suppose to arrive that Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and we had not received it. So, we thought maybe it was running late because of the holidays and waited another day. Finally, Wednesday afternoon we called the shipping company and they said they were not provided with our phone number to contact us to find out when a good time for delivery was. So, after we got that resolved we received the ATV on Thursday night.
We got the ATV and began putting it together. It wasn't too difficult with assemblu except we could not get the caps on that hold the wheels on so we improvised. Reminding you we cannot ship the ATV back because this is our son's Christmas present. Anyway, once we got it in the light we realized the paint was smeared even before it was dry and the front plate of the ATV was all scratched up. Cosmetic, not that big of a deal but for almost $600 it should have been perfect. I was very dissapointed in the customer service I received not to mention the product for the price I paid was awful. Thankfully it runs so that, temporarily, my son will be able to enjoy it somewhat.
