Lazy and uncaring. No "customer service"

Ordered a motherboard for my laptop on a Sunday afternoon, becuase they said it was in stock and offered overnight shipping. Monday night I check the order status to get the tracking number, nothing. I call first thing Tuesday morning to find out what's going on and they tell me "oh sorry we didn't get around to shipping your order". I told them I specifically ordered from them to have by that day. They offered to make sure it got shipped that day for Wednesday delivery and a $5 refund off the shipping.

I again check the order status on Wednesday morning, this time the tracking info says dleivery set for 4 days later in Romania! Again I call and I get the run around, I finally talk to the "internet manager" and he tells me that they would be sure to ship it that day for Thursday delivery and another $5 off shipping. I tell them that's not good enough, and they need to ship it overnight for free. He tells me after a few minutes on hold that he talked to the owner and he said no to free shipping, only the $5 off. I ask to talk to the owner and he says "he's not available" even though he talked to him just a couple minutes before. I told them to take their order and their parts and stick it. I don't need it from you if you can't don what you advertise.
