He told me it be no problem getting it to me on Monday. They took 450.00 from my credit card that same day. I call the next day and asked for the tracking number. I have email and email Thursday - Sunday. They never return my email or phone call. I called Sandra on Monday and ask for the tracking number and she said she send it that Thursday when I ordered it and now it's Monday and she said she doesn't have the tracking number. She also tell me it's going to arrive Tuesday and I told her that it's no use to me if it arrive in tuesday. She replied it's UPS FAULT FOR SENDING IT LATE? WTF! I asked that idiot Thomas to send it USPS EXPRESS NEXT DAY. Now it's Monday night and I didn't receive my product and the idiot Thomas dares to tell me i need to be patient and don't call his number anymore. This guy and this lady is a total looser and a thief.
