When I went to get my $500.00 refund, he swiped my card and took my purchase receipt. He did not give me a copy of the refund receipt due to the fact he receipt machine was down. He assured me that I would see the refund on my credit card within a week, but it never happened that is why I put these charges in dispute. As you can tell by looking at my record I have been in dispute with First Class Auto numerous times but I kept my cool and worked it out.
I also want your company to note what they did was fraudulent, I took him by his word and he lied to me. I also would like your company to note this was the worst service I have ever received and there is nothing you can do about do to the fact you will lose a lot of money due to a restocking fee. For example he assured me that I would receive a truck hood in 3 weeks. I purchased the item on 4/24/03 and they did not put it on tell 7/11/03. Another item that I got placed on vehicle which was the wrong part, so this item I might also have to put in dispute if they do not correct it, so hopefully you can get an idea of the company that I am dealing with. I hope your company uses all its legal powers so this never happens to anyone else again.
