First off I ordered a couple items from this "company" (if you can call it that)... Received receipt number after checkout. Waited for what seemed like forever to get my item and it never came.
I email the company since this is the only contact information they have on there site (they don't even have an address or phone number!). They wrote back three weeks later saying I should learn how to read that after you check out and get your receipt number you have to go back into check out to confirm you order again... I thought getting a receipt number was confirmation enough especially when it says " Thank you for you order you receipt number is *", Am I not right?.
So when she wrote saying I couldn't read she also said that I was going to get my refund back since she did not want me as a customer and refused to ship the item. So I agreed that that would be fine just put my money back on my credit card.
Well here we are two more weeks later and no refund has been put back on my card. I write an email again and a week later they reply still saying that I read the original directions during purchasing wrong and that "Ah, nevermind, I see now reading has been your primary obstacle." How rude is that to comment on my reading when I read on an excellent level?
I emailed my final email this week demanding my item or refund within the next couple of days or I am taking legal action.
*Do not buy anything from this company they are a low budget low class website that is ripping tons of people off and getting away with it.*
Just take a look at how cheap there site is and how there is no base of operations address, phone or email. Just a crappy online contact help which doesn't even work!
